Great place. Very clean and well maintained facility. Instruction is top notch. Not just a bunch of random techniques; instead professor teaches a topic every week which he builds upon as the week progresses and ties the flow to previous weeks. Everyone gets as much personal attention as they need. No contracts (awesome); cost for what you get is VERY cheap. The senior belt students are very helpful and everyone is friendly with the goal of enriching each others training.

Outstanding instruction, extremely clean facility and truly family focused! My three children, my wife and I enjoy the camaraderie, healthy mentality and hard work ethic that the gym brings to our lives! This place will build your confidence and self defense skills! Genuine instructors all around!
